Numerical Simulation for Changes of Glucose Concentration and Hemoglobin Concentration in a Closed Tissue Solution System
The relationship between the concentration of glucose and hemoglobin in a closed tissue solution system is foundation of the aerobic metabolism of glucose. We first established the dynamic equation of glucose aerobic metabolism in a closed tissue solution system, and then calculated the changes of glucose concentration, hemoglobin concentration, and oxygen saturation over time in the glucose aerobic metabolic process under different initial conditions through numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the concentration of glucose in the closed tissue solution system is highly correlated with the consumption of oxyhemoglobin concentration. It is providing a useful and fundamental numeric evidence for the precise measurement of glucose concentration in normal physiological blood and tissue solution system.
