Theoretical justification of prototyping processes for research of management in medical organizations implementing regional projects in healthcare industry

Multiple objectives and difficult implementation of national projects at the regional level require non-trivial approaches, prediction of situation and ability to make reactive changes. To substantiate this thesis, the authors theoretically substantiate the need for prototyping processes for research of facilities (management in medical organizations) implementing regional projects. Preliminary formalization of management in medical organization is aimed at algorithmization and searching for a project prototype based on a chain of technological stages of modeling. Formalization of baseline elements and processes of object, preparing the mathematical model of data taking into account variability of (non)functional elements, engineering testing of object with subsequent modeling and constant (current) iterative prototyping are the main stages of project implementation. Development of algorithms for project processes as objects under study allows reproducing their functionality, optimizing the search for mathematical models of processes in medical organizations. Formalization of prototyping processes for subsequent mathematical modeling will contribute to integration of parameters of object elements into digital circuit.
