Chemoenzymatic method for the synthesis of enantiomerically pure fluorine-substituted β-methylphenylethylamines
A synthetic approach has been developed leading to the synthesis of new building blocks – enantiomerically pure fluorine-substituted β-methylphenylethylamines. A methodology of kinetic dynamic enzymatic resolution was employed at key stages. A dual enzymatic purification method was applied to achieve a high degree of optical purity of the obtained products. The resulting amines are promising building blocks for developing new pharmaceuticals and physiologically active compounds
