<i>Cochleopsaltria</i> Pham & Constant, 2017 (Hemiptera, Cicadidae, Cicadinae) is no longer monospecific: <i>C.huboliao</i> <b>sp. nov.</b> from Fujian Province of China is described and illustrated. A key to the two species of <i>Cochleopsaltria</i> is presented.
