Using a quasi-experimental design, the study involved 150 elementary school students from East Java, Indonesia. Pretest and post-test assessments, observations, and interviews to evaluate students’ linguistic awareness, attitude, and practical use of Javanese. The findings reveal that students in the experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in their awareness and appreciation of Javanese compared to the control group. Additionally, the model encouraged a deeper understanding of cultural identity and the importance of preserving regional languages.
