Features of parameters of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with alcoholism with different flexibility of cognitive functions
Regardless of the flexibility of cognitive processes, in patients with alcoholism, a hypovolemic, hyper-resistant type of cerebral hemodynamics was detected during withdrawal. In patients with a low level of flexibility of cognitive functioning, more pronounced compression effects on hemodynamics and moderate interhemispheric asymmetry of the tone of the internal carotid and vertebrobasilar arteries were observed.
