Report on the 2nd Workshop on Task-Focused IR in the Era of Generative AI

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is revolutionizing how people access information and how they tackle and complete complex information tasks. This report is a summary of a recent workshop at Microsoft on this important and pressing topic.
