PÉ DIABÉTICO E RETINOPATIA DIABÉTICA: AÇÕES DE PREVENÇÃO E CONTROLE ENTRE USUÁRIOS DA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE DOS VILETES, EM DIVINO, MINAS GERAIS

The intervention proposal presented here aims to develop actions with users with diabetes in the Basic Health Unit Viletes Divino Minas Gerais, in order to combat complications with these users, focusing on diabetic foot and diabetic retinopathy. As specific objectives, the need was adopted to: introduce the main health complications and diabetes complications to the health team and diabetic users; sensitize diabetic users to self-care in view of the consequences associated with is diabetic and diabetic retinopathy; check if the measures and guidelines are being followed and the staff are improving; promote the monitoring of these users. For elaboration, the methodology of the method of rapid estimation was used, in addition to the Situational Strategic Planning. Because of the proposal, it was realized that it is through actions developed with the health team in the sense of permanent education and with the diabetic users of the territory in health education to awaken the need to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, significantly reducing the possibility of emergence Diabetic Foot and Diabetic Retinopathy. These are truly dire consequences for users. The proposal seeks to modify both the performance of the health team and the habits of local residents who present the problem. It is intended to reestablish the glycemic levels of users seeking to remedy both the problems of diabetic retinopathy and diabetic foot to those possible users, improving their quality of health and going.
