Research shows that student leaders can effectively promote the formation of a positive campus atmosphere, but they also face challenges in the practice process, such as time management and ability improvement. Based on the research findings, this paper puts forward some suggestions to provide reference and support for student cadres to better participate in the construction of campus culture. This study not only enriches the research perspective of campus culture construction theory, but also provides useful reference for how to play the role of student cadres in practical work.
