Powertrain Domain Control Unit (PDCU) of the new energy vehicle, which is responsible for the vehicle power, energy control, network and safety management functions. In order to effectively ensure the production quality of PDCU based domestical chip solutions, this study focuses on functional testing and End Of Line (EOL) testing techniques for quality control and has developed relevant testing equipment, realize production quality control for PDCU based domestical chip solution
