Hemodialysis Treatment for High-Dose Quetiapine Fumarate Poisoning: A Case Report
Our case showed that myoglobin cast nephropathy was the cause of the acute kidney injury associated with quetiapine poisoning. The kidney biopsy is essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
