THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE REGIONAL LEGISLATURE (CASE STUDY OF THE KRASNOYARSK TERRITORY)
The article examines the party-political system at the regional level, which has its own characteristics and features. Two groups of criteria are analyzed within the framework of a theoretical and methodological framework, which allow evaluating the effectiveness of the subnational legislature as a key element of the regional party from different perspectives. Based on the actor-institutional methodology corresponding to political-regime consolidations, the role and effectiveness of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is analyzed in the first approximation. Based on the totality of indicators, it is concluded that the regional legislature is poorly effective.
