Vibration Characteristic analysis of the structure of an intelligent bricklaying robot
An intelligent wall building robot is designed, which can realize the accurate positioning of the bricks in the wall building operation through the visual recognition system. The mechanical structure of the intelligent wall building robot is studied, and the structural vibration characteristics of the key components are analyzed, so that the whole mechanism can run stably in the working process. The wall building robot is mainly composed of steering chassis, lifting mechanism, manipulator mechanism, mortar supply mechanism, brick storage mechanism and visual recognition system. The skewer is the core conveying equipment in the mortar supply mechanism, the stable operation of skewer is directly related to the conveying efficiency of mortar. ANSYS Workbench is very important for the modal analysis of the sling structure. The first six frequencies and the frequency of the drive motor can be compared and analyzed to determine whether the sling mechanism has resonance with the drive motor, prevent resonance, prevent deformation and cracking of the mechanism, reduce noise, and improve the stability of the sling structure. The results show that the vibration characteristics of the mechanism can be analyzed by analyzing the mode of the mechanism and studying the natural frequency and displacement of the mechanism. Through the displacement diagram of the modal analysis, the parts of the mechanism with large displacement can be found out, and these parts are judged to be prone to deformation. The size of these parts can be adjusted, the mechanism can be reasonably optimized, and the stiffness of the skein mechanism can be improved. The stable operation of the wall-building robot is ensured.
