Quad Elements Triple-Band MIMO Antenna
A triple band printed multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna is presented and fabricated for long-term evolution (LTE), WiFi and WLAN applications. The overall volume of MIMO antenna system was <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${60}\times 60\times 1.5mm^{3}$</tex>. The antenna is composed of a combination of different arms which are used as radiation stubs. The minimum measured isolation among antenna elements was achieved as 17dB in lower band and 25dB in upper bands. The proposed antenna is fed by using coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line. The MIMO antenna array was analyzed and studied with the help of S-parameters, envelope correlation coefficient, total active reflection coefficient, and channel capacity loss.
