Analysis and Prospects of Photovoltaic, Energy storage, Direct Current and Flexibility Microgrids for Urban Waterfront Areas Adapted to New Electricity System

Indirect carbon emissions from building electricity consumption account for as much as 80%, and the application of photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current and flexibility (PEDF) technology can effectively achieve the local consumption of clean energy in buildings. This not only enhances building energy efficiency but also alleviates the regulatory pressure on the power grid, making it an important support for the construction of new types of power systems. As the energy consumption center in waterfront areas, waterfront buildings should take on the responsibility of energy saving and carbon reduction within the overall framework strategy of the new power system and promote the green ecological construction of cities. This paper discusses the relationship between PEDF technology in waterfront buildings and new electricity systems, emphasizing the importance of PEDF in improving energy utilization efficiency, optimizing energy structure, and enhancing the flexibility and resilience of the power grid. Through a detailed analysis of the integrated application of PEDF in waterfront buildings, the paper identifies potential challenges and bottleneck issues and provides forward-looking insights into future development directions. The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the green ecological construction of waterfront areas and the construction of new power systems, while also offering strong technical and strategic support for urban energy transformation and climate change response.
