Economic Optimal Dispatch Method for Flexible Interconnected Distribution Systems with High Percentage of Photovoltaics
As the penetration of distributed photovoltaics in distribution networks rises, issues like reverse power flow, voltage limit violations, and fluctuations become more prominent. To tackle these challenges, an economic operation method for high-proportion photovoltaic distribution networks using smart soft open point (SOP) is proposed. This method introduces a multi-time scale, multi-objective optimization model for interconnected distribution networks. By integrating photovoltaic output, load demand, and real-time grid data, SOP control power flow, regulate power, and balance voltage to reduce energy loss. The method includes daily and intra-day scheduling strategies, optimizing photovoltaic consumption, lowering operational costs, and enhancing grid stability and reliability. Simulations on IEEE33-node networks demonstrate the method's effectiveness in improving photovoltaic utilization and economic performance.
