Intelligent Control of Engineering Costs During the Construction Phase of Grid Construction Projects Considering Response Costs
This paper an intelligent cost control method for the construction phase of power grid construction projects is designed to consider the response cost. The project scale, construction difficulty, material price fluctuation, labor cost changes and other indicators are taken into account to determine the scope of intelligent control limits of project cost in the construction phase of grid construction projects. It identifies risk factors such as engineering changes, material price increase, construction delay, and substandard quality, and evaluates the risk of cost control in the construction phase of grid construction projects. Based on the response cost to control the load in the construction phase of grid construction projects, the cost of electricity consumption is adjusted according to the demand response of grid construction, and the cost of electricity consumption is eliminated or shifted, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate control of project cost. The analysis of examples verifies that this method has better cost control effect and can be applied in real life.
