Research on Water-related Electric Shock Protection and Rescue Safety of Distribution System in Extreme Weather

In this paper, aiming at the leakage risk and electric shock accident of power distribution facilities under the condition of water immersion in extreme rainy season, combined with the simulation experiment, the human body potential distribution of rescuers and electric shockers under different rescue modes is studied in depth. The influence of different rescue tools and water environment on the current and potential of rescuers and electric shockers was analyzed by establishing a simulation test platform for water leakage of power equipment. The results show that the use of insulators as a rescue tool can effectively reduce the potential of the rescuer and ensure the personal safety of the rescuer to the greatest extent. It provides an important theoretical basis and technical support for the personal safety of rescuers in electric shock accidents in the rainy season.
