Reliability Analysis and Optimization Strategies for Power Generation Grid Connection Metering Devices
Power generation grid connection metering devices are critical for ensuring the accuracy and fairness of energy trading between power generation enterprises and grid operators. However, challenges such as device aging, environmental interference, and operational errors can compromise their reliability and measurement accuracy. This study conducts a comprehensive reliability analysis of metering devices, identifying common failure modes and their causes. Based on the findings, targeted optimization strategies are proposed, including hardware upgrades, software enhancements, and improved operational management practices. A case study demonstrates the effectiveness of these measures, with significant improvements in metering accuracy, reduced failure rates, and lower maintenance costs. This research provides a foundation for enhancing the reliability and stability of metering systems, contributing to the sustainable development of the power industry.
