Day-Ahead Cooperative Control Strategy for Provincial and Local Power Grids Considering the Implementation of Orderly Power Utilization
Orderly electricity consumption, as a scientific means of electric power resource planning and an effective management technique, can promote the coordinated development of the national economy, social environment, and electric power resources. Implementing orderly electricity consumption and optimizing the structure and methods of electricity use by end-users play a crucial role in alleviating power shortages in the grid, improving the efficiency of equipment electricity use, and enhancing economic benefits. This paper addresses the real-time control needs of orderly electricity consumption in the power grid, studying the intraday coordinated control strategy for provincial and regional power grids considering the implementation of orderly electricity consumption. It proposes strategies for coordinated control of power grid loads in scenarios where orderly electricity consumption is not fully implemented, and strategies for the sequential restoration of orderly electricity consumption loads in scenarios where intraday power tight balance is alleviated. After analysis and verification, this method can achieve real-time precise optimization and control of controllable resources at the provincial and regional levels, maximize orderly electricity consumption, and enhance the reliability of power supply.
