Research on the Operational Characteristics of New Energy Charging Stations Considering of Wind and Storage Power Integration
With the advancement of the national new energy policy, the total amount of wind power generation is steadily increasing. Because the wind turbine station power generation equipment is connected in parallel to the power grid through a large number of power electronic devices, the use of traditional fault feature quantities to identify faults has limitations and instability. Aiming at this problem, this paper first discusses the overall idea of equivalent conversion of wind turbines, and then builds a new energy station of inverter-type wind turbines based on MATLAB/Simulink platform, and analyzes the fault characteristics of new energy wind farm stations under different fault locations and different fault types. The relevant conclusions are as follows: different fault locations reflect the difference of voltage drop. The closer the fault point is to the wind farm, the more serious the voltage drop of the power grid, resulting in the greater the transient and steady-state short-circuit current. The positive and negative sequence impedances of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind farm are unequal and greater than the zero-sequence impedance. Affected by the control strategy, the negative sequence impedance of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind farm is larger. The research can lay a foundation for the construction of power system relay protection defense system adapted to the wide access of new energy.
