An Algorithm Based on Affine Algorithm Method for Uncertain Carbon Emission Flow Calculation

Due to the fluctuation and intermittency of renewable energy generation, it can impact the variability of carbon emissions in the power system. This paper presents an analysis method that considers the uncertainty of wind and solar power on the carbon emission flow in the power system to enhance the understanding of carbon emissions in the power system and analyze the carbon emission and flow status in the supply network. Firstly, a carbon emission flow calculation model based on affine algorithm is established to address uncertainties. Subsequently, the carbon flow distribution in the network is computed by integrating a carbon flow allocation model. Finally, the analysis results using the IEEE 14-bus standard case demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method, obtaining a range of node carbon potentials under wind and solar power fluctuations. This provides new theoretical support for quantitatively assessing the low-carbon contribution of wind and solar power to the system.
