An optimized design method for double-tuned filters of AC filters Yard in converter station
Passive filters have been widely used because of their mature technology and low cost, among which double-tuned filters are the most common form of filters for HVDC engineering applications. However, the electrical design scheme of the existing double-tuned filter for converter station only aims to filter out the characteristic harmonics, and does not fully consider the influence of non-characteristic harmonics, resulting in the resonance risk between the filter bank and the AC/DC system. In this paper, the electrical parameters optimization model is constructed by calculating the relevant parameters of the double-tuned filter, considering the filter effect of the filter, and the optimization algorithm is introduced to solve the multi-objective optimization model, which improves the filtering effect and reduces manufacturing costs of the double-tuned filter, and has a certain guiding role in the design of passive filters used in AC filters yard of converter station.
