Program Design and Application of Automatic Identification System Data Fusion with Optical Remote Sensing Data

The purpose of this paper is to design the data fusion program of Automatic Identification System (AIS)+optical remote sensing, adopt the mode of remote sensing satellite platform carrying AIS system payload and optical payload, carry out the sea observation of AIS+optical remote sensing, and realize the fusion of the shore-based AIS data with the satellite AIS data and the optical remote sensing data, so as to make up for the short board of the current maritime supervision and service capability.
