Rural distribution network renovation method considering distributed photovoltaic access
This article considers the photovoltaic output of rural distribution networks and aims to address issues such as low voltage qualification rates and long-term overload or low load of some distribution transformers in rural areas through the renovation of rural power grids. Firstly, the improved eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm is used to conduct medium and long-term load forecasting in rural areas, making the results more forward-looking. Then, with active power loss, voltage stability indicators, and the entire life cycle model of transmission lines as objective functions, and power balance, node current and voltage, and photovoltaic installed capacity as constraints, an optimization model for the transformation of rural power grids with photovoltaics was established. Finally, taking the rural power grid renovation project in Heziao Village as an example, it is demonstrated that the research results of this paper can provide certain reference value for the optimization and renovation of photovoltaic rural power grids.
