GLOBALIZAÇÃO, REVOLUÇÃO 4.0 E OS DESAFIOS NORMATIVOS DAS RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO

Globalization and Revolution 4.0 have brought about significant structural changes in economic and social dynamics, especially in labour relations. The integration of global markets, combined with technological innovations, has resulted in new models of production, distribution and service provision. However, the capacity of regulatory systems to keep up with these transformations is limited, which creates regulatory gaps that impact both workers and employers. This article therefore aims to analyse the intersection between globalization, Revolution 4.0 and the challenges faced by labour law in adapting to these changes, proposing paths towards a more effective regulatory framework. The growing global transformation and the development of new forms of work justify this study, which seeks regulatory solutions that reflect the current reality of the world of work. The research uses the deductive research method and its approach technique is bibliographic and qualitative documents.
