INCREASING THE STRENGTH OF THE PACKER ELEMENT OF THE HYDRAULIC PACKER ANCHORING WITH A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
In this article, the increase in durability, calculation and research of the clamping element, which meets the requirements of the modern era, which determines the reliability, longevity and service life of the hydraulic cylinder anchoring hydraulic packer, is considered. Parts of the packer and its indispensable role in the oil and gas industry were also discussed. As technology advances, packers promise a future of improved materials, intelligent integration and increased commitment to environmental protection. The industry is exploring environmentally sustainable alternatives for packer materials. Biodegradable and reusable materials are being explored to reduce the environmental impact of drilling operations. In the field of oil and gas exploration and production, protecting the integrity of wells is of great importance. Packers play an important role not only in zonal isolation, but also in maintaining well integrity, optimizing production methods, and facilitating enhanced oil recovery (EOR) efforts. Future packaging designs aim to minimize material use by using lightweight and high-strength materials. Essential to the oil and gas industry, packers serve as key components in well completion operations. This special equipment is designed to create a reliable and watertight seal in the wellbore, which is essential to achieve zonal isolation. Packers provide the ability to isolate specific parts of the wellbore, control fluid flow, and contribute to efficient reservoir management and the overall success of oil and gas operations. This not only improves durability but also helps in cost-effective well completion. Also, in this article, the hydraulic packer is studied and its working principle is considered. The development of packers with sensors that can monitor pressure and temperature in real time has been discussed. These packers are one of the innovative solutions in the oil and gas industry. Keywords: hydraulic packer, clamping knot, plate, anchor, insulation, pressure.
