Pengaruh Geometri Jalan Angkut terhadap Konsumsi Bahan Bakar dalam Pengangkutan Overburden pada Penambangan Batubara PT Pancaran Surya Abadi di Muara Badak, Kutai Kartanegara

Abstract. PT Pancaran Surya Abadi is a company engaged in coal mining located in Muara Badak District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. There are several road geometries that are not in accordance with the standards in the overburden transportation activities from the pit to the disposal, thus affecting the relatively large fuel consumption and costs. This study aims to determine the actual fuel consumption, fuel ratio, and fuel cost of the conveyance and the improvement of the road geometry. In this study, road geometry improvements were made in accordance with Kepmen No. 1827/K/30/MEM/2018 and the American Association of State Highways and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) in order to reduce fuel consumption and costs. Based on the actual research results, the average productivity of the Zoomlion Zt 115 A conveyance is 107.69 BCM / hour / tool with an average fuel consumption of 39.47 liters / hour and a Fuel Ratio of 0.37 liters / BCM and Fuel Cost of Rp 206,248,892 / month. While the average productivity of HDI Dt 95 conveyance is 114.41 BCM / hour / tool with an average fuel consumption of 36.72 liters / hour and Fuel Ratio of 0.32 liters / BCM and Fuel Cost of Rp 191,847,097 / month. After improving road geometry and circulation time, there is an increase in productivity and a decrease in Fuel Ratio and Fuel Cost. The average productivity of the Zoomlion Zt 115 A conveyance increased to 164.71 BCM / hour / tool with a decrease in fuel consumption to 27.66 liters / hour and a Fuel Ratio of 0.17 liters / BCM and Fuel Cost to Rp 144,526,177 / month. While increasing the productivity of HDI Dt 95 conveyance to 168.74 BCM / hour / tool with a decrease in fuel consumption to 26.15 liters / hour and Fuel Ratio 0.15 liters / BCM and Fuel Cost to Rp 136,634,987 / month. Abstrak. PT Pancaran Surya Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Muara Badak, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Terdapat beberapa geometri jalan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar pada kegiatan pengangkutan overburden dari pit menuju disposal, sehingga mempengaruhi konsumsi dan biaya bahan bakar yang relatif besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsumsi bahan bakar, fuel ratio, dan fuel cost alat angkut secara aktual dan perbaikan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbaikan geometri jalan sesuai dengan Kepmen No. 1827/K/30/MEM/2018 dan American Association of State Highways and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) agar konsumsi dan biaya bahan bakar berkurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian aktual, didapatkan produktivitas rata-rata alat angkut Zoomlion Zt 115 A sebesar 107,69 BCM/jam/alat dengan rata-rata konsumsi bahan bakar 39,47 liter/jam serta Fuel Ratio sebesar 0,37 liter/BCM dan Fuel Cost sebesar Rp 206.248.892 /bulan. Sedangkan produktivitas rata-rata alat angkut HDI Dt 95 sebesar 114,41 BCM/jam/alat dengan rata-rata konsumsi bahan bakar 36,72 liter/jam serta Fuel Ratio sebesar 0,32 liter/BCM dan Fuel Cost sebesar Rp 191.847.097 /bulan. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan geometri jalan adanya peningkatan produktivitas serta penurunan Fuel Ratio dan Fuel Cost. Peningkatan produktivitas rata-rata alat angkut Zoomlion Zt 115 A menjadi 164,71 BCM/jam/alat dengan penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar menjadi 27,66 liter/jam serta Fuel Ratio 0,17 liter/BCM dan Fuel Cost menjadi Rp 144.526.177 /bulan. Sedangkan peningkatan produktivitas alat angkut HDI Dt 95 menjadi 168,74 BCM/jam/alat dengan penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar menjadi 26,15 liter/jam serta Fuel Ratio 0,15 liter/BCM dan Fuel Cost menjadi Rp 136.634.987 /bulan.
