Kajian Teknis Kinerja Alat Surface Miner Wirtgen 2200 SM untuk Mencapai Target Produksi Batugamping pada PT United Tractor Semen Gresik di Kabupaten Tuban

Abstract. PT United Tractor Semen Gresik is one of the mining companies with limestone excavation commodities located in Tuban Regency. In quarrying activities, chemical and mechanical methods are used in the limestone quarrying process. The special tool for limestone breaking in the quarry area is called the Wirtgen 2200 SM surface miner. This tool is a substitute for blasting to avoid vibration and noise during the clearing process. Clearing carried out by the Wirtgen 2200 SM surface miner often does not meet the predetermined production target of 60,000 tonnes / month due to various factors, so the purpose of this study is to determine the production target, production after improvement and efforts to increase production so that the production target is achieved. From the results of the study it is known that the limestone excavation speed based on compressive strength data, engine power and excavation depth to determine the actual production of the tool is 56,833.02 tonnes / month, so it is not in accordance with the specified production of 60,000 tonnes / month. Factors that affect the performance of surface miner tools are rock strength and depth of excavation. After improving the production calculation of the Wirtgen 2200 SM surface miner, the production after improvement is 63,5454.27 tonnes / month, so the production target has been achieved. 200. Abstrak..PT United Tractor Semen Gresik merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang dengan komoditas galian batugamping yang terdapat di Kabupaten Tuban. Pada kegiatan pemberaian digunakan metode kimia dan mekanis dalam proses pemberaian batugamping. Alat khusus untuk pemberaian batugamping di area quarry disebut sebagai Surface Miner Wirtgen 2200 SM. Alat ini merupakan pengganti dari peledakan untuk menghindari getaran dan kebisingan saat proses pemberaian. Pemberaian yang dilakukan oleh alat Surface Miner Wirtgen 2200 SM sering kali tidak memenuhi target produksi sebesar 60.000 ton/bulan yang telah ditentukan karena berbagai faktor, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui target produksi, produksi setelah perbaikan dan upaya – upaya meningkatkan produksi sehingga target produksi tercapai. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kecepatan penggalian batugamping berdasarkan data kuat tekan, daya mesin dan kedalaman penggalian untuk mengetahui produksi aktual dari alat sebesar 56.833,02 ton/bulan, sehingga belum sesuai dengan produksi yang ditentukan yaitu sebesar 60.000 ton/bulan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari alat surface miner yaitu kekuatan batuan dan kedalaman penggalian. Setelah perbaikan perhitungan produksi dari alat Surface Miner Wirtgen 2200 SM diperoleh produksi setelah perbaikan sebesar 63.5454,27 ton/bulan, Maka Target produksi sudah tercapai.200.
