Kegiatan Komunikasi Interpersonal Pada Mahasiswa yang Memiliki Inner Child
Abstract. Inner child is a psychological concept that refers to the part within a person that represents his childhood. It includes memories, emotional experiences, and thought patterns formed during childhood that influence an individual's behavior and perceptions in adulthood. The inner child is often related to unresolved emotions or pent-up feelings from childhood, and plays an important role in shaping a person's identity and social interactions. The aim of this research is to explore and analyze the communication activities of individuals who have an inner child. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study method. The theory used in this research is the Johari Window theory by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, as well as data collection techniques used through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide guidelines regarding communication within the family and friendship environment by gaining a deeper understanding of the interpersonal communication of individuals who have an inner child. The results of this research show that the inner child has a significant contribution to students' communication processes, shaping the way they express themselves, respond to other people, and deal with social situations. The inner child, formed from childhood trauma and memories, often leaves a deep imprint on a person's personality and behavior. Abstrak.
