Spiritual Midwifery: Lessons for Our Future
For many midwives, Ina May Gaskin’s classic Work, Spiritual Midwifery,1 offered an insight into ways of knowing and practising outside of the boundaries of medicalised maternity care. In this article, three midwives discuss the impact and messages of the book, and its relevance today.
