Inclusive education is based on inclusion of all children in the general education system, regardless of their physical, intellectual and other characteristics, and studying in a mass general education school together with their peers based on their place of residence. The concept of "inclusive education" is formed from the belief that education is a basic human right and creates a foundation for a fairer society. All students have the right to study, regardless of their individual qualifications and problems. Inclusion in the broadest sense of the word covers not only the field of education, but also the entire spectrum of social relations: work, entertainment, entertainment.
