Characterization of corrosion and wear for magnesium-based metallic glass

This paper delves into the design and analysis of a Polyphase Decimation Filter (PDF) implemented using state -of-the-art semiconductor technologies, including 130nm, 32nm, 16nm MOSFETs, and 15nm Graphene Nanoribbon Field-Effect Transistors (GNRFETs). The primary objective of this research is to optimize the PDF's power consumption, delay, and power- delay product (PDP) for high-speed, low-power signal processing applications. The paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of the power, delay, and PDP characteristics of the various internal components of the PDF, as well as the overall filter. Th e results demonstrate the potential of advanced semiconductor technologies, particularly GNRFETs, in significantly enhancing the performance of the PDF, making it a promising solution for demanding signal processing tasks.
