Peculiarities of knowledge of legal truth

The article examines the philosophical and logical foundations of legal truth. It analyzes how legal norms are consistent with reality and what are the possible consequences for law enforcement. The purpose of my investigation is to identify and analyze the peculiarities of the knowledge of legal truth in the context of legal practice, in particular, to recognize the relationship between the logical bases of knowledge and the peculiarities of legal discourse. The dynamic character of legal truth is studied, which may depend on various factors, both social changes and individual interpretation. Elaboration of various scientific works of contemporaries, whose works are multifaceted in terms of revealing the essence of the researched subject, only emphasized the complexity of determining the truth in the legal context and different approaches to its understanding. The key points of the article are the search for answers regarding the role of logic in legal reasoning, the difficulty of achieving objectivity, the influence of language and interpretation on legal truth. In the process of working on the topic, various philosophical and logical concepts, which are used to study this phenomenon, are considered, in particular: the role of the logic of statements, interpretation and context in the process of learning the legal truth. On the one hand, truth in law is related to objective reality and reflects social relations. On the other hand, it is formulated in the process of cognition and can undergo changes under the influence of various factors. It was established that in order to ensure effective law enforcement, it is necessary to take into account the following aspects, namely: dynamism of legal truth (constant changes in legislation and social relations); complexity of knowledge (in order to establish the legal truth, it is necessary to use various methods and approaches, including logical analysis, hermeneutics, etc.); the relationship between theory and practice (knowledge of theoretical concepts of truth should be reflected in the practical activities of lawyers) and the role of the human factor (subjective factors, experience and values of a lawyer can influence the understanding of legal truth). The analysis of the phenomenon of legal truth allows us to conclude that this concept is complex and multifaceted and requires comprehensive research.
