Influence of a complex mineral and vitamin feed additive on morphological and biochemical blood parameters of ewe lambs of Romanov breed

In the scientifi c and economic experiment within the framework of the state assignment on the topic: “Creation of scientifi c foundations of selection and genetic, biotechnical methods of increasing and realizing the genetic potential of agricultural animals and poultry under the conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan” the infl uence of feeding a new complex mineral and vitamin feed additive (CMVFA) on the morph and biochemical parameters of blood of ewe lambs of Romanov breed in the Peasant Farm Yakubov D. N. of the Birsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan was studied. Four groups of experimental animals per 10 heads in each were formed, selected by the method of pairs-analogues (by age, live weight, breed). Animals of the control group received the main ration, balanced in accordance with detailed feeding standards. The ewe lambs of the 1st experimental group were fed 35.0 g/head/day of CMVFA according to recipe No. 1 in addition to the main ration, the 2nd experimental group – 35.0 g/head/day of CMVFA according to recipe No. 2, the 3rd experimental group – 35.0 g/head/day of CMVFA according to recipe No. 3. The use of CMVFA in the ewe lambs’ ration in all variants had a positive eff ect on the hematopoietic organs. The use of the additive stimulated the improvement of the blood condition. Thus, the number of erythrocytes increased by 3.9–4.6 %, hemoglobin by 3.33–5.73 % and leukocytes by 5.12–6.0 %. It contributed to the improvement of the biochemical parameters of the blood. The calcium content in the experimental groups increased by 16.57 %, 20.75 and 26.80 %, phosphorus by 11.80 %, 30.43 and 36.65 %, magnesium by 6.90 %, 13.96 and 12.80 %, sodium by 0.86 %, 2.00 and 3.10 %, potassium by 3.40 %, 6.80 and 16.50 %, chlorides by 11.51 %, 19.53 and 22.5 %, respectively in the experimental groups. A similar picture was observed in the improvement of the trace elements content in the blood in all groups. The best indicators according to the conducted experiment were obtained in the ewe lambs of the 3rd experimental group.
