INNOVATIVE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS AND EFFICIENCY OF FRACTIONAL GRAIN CLEANERS

The article provides information on technical solutions for improving fractional grain and seed processing technology, which made it possible to develop and create a new generation of fractional grain cleaners of the OZF series. The qualitative performance indicators of the OZF-50 separator for various types of grain heap cleaning arriving for post-harvest processing are given. It was found that the productivity of the OZF-50 cleaner per hour of the main time during pre-cleaning was 50.66 tons, during primary cleaning – 25.31 tons, during secondary cleaning - 10.27 tons. At the same time, the initial pile fed for pre-cleaning contained 94.21% of grain, and after processing 96.71%. The purity was increased by reducing the amount of grain impurity by 1.08% to 2.85% and reducing the weed impurity by 1.42% to 0.44%. The presence of crushed grain decreased by 3.39% to 0.16% with acceptable TU 0.2%. During primary cleaning, the grain content in the cleaned pile increased by 2.51% to 97.88% due to a decrease in the amount of grain impurity by 1.9% to 1.93% and a decrease in the weed impurity by 0.61% to 0.19%. At the same time, the removal of the main crop into waste amounted to 1.45%. The presence of crushed grain decreased by 3.52% to 0.15%. During secondary purification, the grain content in the cleaned pile increased by 2.74% to 99.22% in the presence of 0.72% grain and 0.06% weed impurities. At the same time, the removal of the main crop into waste amounted to 2.25%. Crushed grain contained 0.12%. In the grain heap that has undergone secondary cleaning, the presence of weed seeds decreased from 37 to 3 pcs/kg. Therefore, according to GOST R 52325-2005, the purity of the material corresponded to the categories of elite and reproductive seeds, and the presence of weed seeds – to the degree of original seeds. All quality indicators during preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning corresponded to the standards of technical conditions.
