Анализ юридического поля регулирования инвестиций пенсионных фондов / Analysis of the Legal Regulation of Pension Funds Investments

In the context of the study of the effectiveness of the pension insurance system of Armenia, as well as the possibilities and prospects for the development of the investment environment of the Republic of Armenia through investments from the management companies of the pension funds of the Republic of Armenia, the author examined the legislative norms regulating pension funds and the criteria for investing the assets of these funds. The author concludes that many rules need to be revised, since on the one hand they do not contribute to the long-term well-being of the population of the Republic of Armenia, and on the other hand they create additional risks in the context of fund management.
