Research on Smart Home Space Layout Evaluation Model Based on User Behavior Analysis
This study proposes a smart home space layout evaluation model based on user behavior analysis to optimize the space utilization efficiency and user experience in the smart home environment. This study extracts behavior patterns from user behavior data and constructs a space layout evaluation model through algorithm design and data feature analysis. First, data mining technology is used to extract user behavior characteristics in the smart home environment, including activity frequency, movement trajectory and regional preference. Secondly, behavior pattern analysis is performed based on clustering and classification algorithms to provide a reference for smart home space layout. In order to verify the effectiveness of the model, this study verified the model through a variety of simulation environments. The results show that the model has significant effects in optimizing space layout and improving user experience. Simulation data show that the optimized space layout can increase user activity efficiency by about 30% and system response speed by about 20%.
