Optimal Scheduling of Virtual Power Plants Considering P2G-CCS Coupling and Stepped Carbon Price
Gradually increasing the proportion of distributed energy generation, such as wind and solar, and low-carbon retrofit of thermal power units are the key measures to reach the dualcarbon target. Against this background, this paper establishes a virtual power plant (VPP) model with power to gas and carbon capture system (P2G-CCS) coupling that considers hydrogen doping of gas, and on this basis proposes an optimal scheduling of VPP based on the stepped carbon trading mechanism strategy. Firstly, on the technical level, carbon reduction operation of the generating unit is carried out by relying on the P2G-CCS technology; Secondly, on the economic trading side, the stepped carbon trading is established to constrain the carbon emissions of the system. The model is solved by calling CPLEX solver using MATLAB, and experimental comparisons are made by setting up different scenarios to analyze the impact of the model on the lowcarbon and economic aspects of the VPP.
