Characteristics of risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases in people of the second period of adulthood

An increase in the level of physical activity in people of mature age is associated with a decrease in the relative risk of mortality associated with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) by 49%, as well as with a decrease in the frequency of the diseases themselves. When planning a strategy of preventive measures for the primary prevention of CVD, a key element is the assessment of cardiovascular risk. In order to prevent CVD, a person needs regular physical activity, including various muscular activities in the daily routine. When planning a strategy of preventive measures for the primary prevention of CVD, a key element is the assessment of cardiovascular risk. Among those who do not have CVD, it is important to determine them as having low, moderate or high risk. The study involved 56 men aged 39-49 years and 79 women aged 36-45 years. An empirical study of the assessment of the degree of risk of developing CVD according to the method of Zapesochny A.Z. indicated that 54% of women aged 36-45 have a clear degree of risk of developing CVD. The obvious risk factors among respondents were neuro-emotional stress, heredity (54%), 35% of women smoke up to 20 cigarettes a day, 55% of women have excessive nutrition, while only 5% of women have normal body weight. 38% of women periodically increase blood pressure parameters to 140/90 mm Hg. And only 33% of women in the second period of adulthood have a moderate level of physical activity. In men aged 39-49, in 30% of cases, the risk of developing CVD according to the method of Zapesochny A.Z. At the same time, 57% of men smoke, 54% of respondents do not follow dietary rules, 71% of men aged 39-49 paid attention to an increase in blood pressure parameters to 140/90 mmHg, only 41% of men aged 39-49 have a normal body weight, and 27% of respondents have a moderate and 9% a high level of physical activity.
