Controversial aspects of imprisonment in different penal systems
The article is devoted to new approaches to the execution of sentences imposed in the form of imprisonment, which have taken place in countries with advanced legal systems. The conclusions drawn can serve as a starting point and orientation for further studies on the issues of differentiation and implementation of the principle of individualization in the execution of criminal sentences.
