The paper discusses the concept of paramedical services, the need to include therapeutic cosmetology interventions and other cosmetology interventions related to the body in the list of paramedical services. The paper addresses the issue of licensing equipment used during non-surgical cosmetology interventions. The aim of the paper is to highlight the legal issues that should be addressed by the authorized health authority, taking into account that although the primary goal of cosmetology interventions is the correction and modification of external features, the latter are directly related to human health.
