Multi-time Scale Voltage Control Strategy for Distribution Network Based on Active and Reactive Power Considering Distributed Photovoltaic
Due to the high proportion of distributed PV connected to the distribution grid can cause high voltage problems, this paper proposes a multi-time scale active and reactive power voltage control method for DN by studying voltage regulation resources of different types and response time. In the day-ahead stage, such as OLTC and capacitor bank is established with the goal of comprehensive operation cost and voltage deviation of DN. In the intra-day stage, a voltage control model considering the reactive power of photovoltaic inverter, SVG reactive power and energy storage active power is established with the goal of network loss and voltage fluctuation.
