Research on the Analysis of Driving Forces of Scientific and Technological Innovation and the Construction of Classification Evaluation Model for New Power Systems

Firstly, an evaluation index system containing multi-dimensional driving force factors is constructed, including key elements such as technology research and development, policy support, and market demand. Subsequently, the driving forces are ranked based on the PageRank algorithm, and their importance weights in the innovation process of the power system are calculated. Through simulation analysis, this model can accurately evaluate the impact of each driving force on the innovation of the power system. The simulation results show that in the selected cases, the driving force weight of technology research and development is the highest, accounting for 45.3%; policy support and market demand are second, accounting for 28.1% and 18.6% respectively. In addition, through the classification function of the model, the relative priority of different innovation driving forces is clarified, providing a decision-making basis for the optimal allocation of scientific and technological resources. The results show that the driving force classification evaluation model based on the PageRank algorithm effectively improves the ranking accuracy of innovation elements and has strong practicality and promotion value.
