Comparison and Analysis of the Influence of Different Voltage Control Strategies for PV Penetration in Distribution Network
The large-scale distributed photovoltaic disorderly access to the low-voltage distribution network (DN) causes the power flow to be sent back and causes the voltage to exceed the limit, which is the main limiting factor for photovoltaic grid connection. Different voltage control strategies can alleviate the problem of voltage over-limit to a certain extent, so it can improve the photovoltaic permeability value of the distribution network. In this paper, the control strategies of photovoltaic inverter reactive voltage control, energy storage active voltage control, SVG voltage control and on-load tap changer voltage control are compared in detail, and different voltage control strategy models are established. Through the IEEE 33 node example, the influence of different voltage control strategies on the growth potential of photovoltaic access capacity under the influence of different electrical parameters is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the energy storage active voltage control strategy can effectively support the growth of photovoltaic access capacity without considering the governance cost. Under the same PV penetration growth, the PV inverter voltage control strategy has the optimal economy.
