Research on Mechanical Transmission Efficiency Analysis and Fault Diagnosis Algorithm Based on Data-Driven
This paper proposes a data-driven algorithm model for the efficiency analysis and fault diagnosis of mechanical transmission systems. The decline in mechanical transmission efficiency is usually an early sign of equipment failure. Therefore, accurate efficiency analysis and fault diagnosis have important engineering significance. This paper designs a fault diagnosis method combined with the isolation forest algorithm. By fusing multi-source sensor data, an analysis model for mechanical transmission efficiency is constructed. First, the multidimensional data such as transmission system vibration, temperature, and speed collected by the sensor are preprocessed, and effective feature vectors are obtained through feature extraction methods. Secondly, the isolation forest algorithm is used to detect anomalies of these features to achieve fault diagnosis. Finally, this paper simulates the model in the MATLAB simulation environment. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively detect faults in the mechanical transmission system, and the accuracy of transmission efficiency analysis exceeds 95%. In addition, this paper also conducts a detailed data analysis of the fault diagnosis results, further verifying the superiority of the isolation forest algorithm in mechanical transmission efficiency fault diagnosis.
