An optimized design of an electric vehicle wireless charging robotic arm

In recent years, electric vehicles have developed rapidly in China, and people have put forward increasingly high requirements for the automation and intelligence of charging facilities for electric vehicles. Based on this, we are committed to developing a robotic arm for wireless charging of electric vehicles. The design comprehensively considers the flexibility and compactness of the robotic arm, and an optimal structural configuration is obtained. A physical model of the wireless charging robotic arm was established based on SimMechanics, and its workspace was obtained by solving the model, which can meet the needs of the design task. A 3D analysis of the arm's motion posture was carried out, and the results showed that the designed arm can meet the needs of wireless charging operations and has good application prospects in future practical applications.
