Design and Research of a Wearable-Based Student Physical Fitness Monitoring System
As modern society places increasing importance on student health, physical exercise has become a key factor in improving fitness. However, traditional methods of physical fitness monitoring struggle to collect real-time data on students' physical activity and fail to comprehensively reflect their exercise effectiveness and overall health status. This paper designs and studies a student physical fitness monitoring system based on wearable devices. The system collects real-time data on students' physical activities, such as heart rate, steps, and calorie consumption, through wearable devices. This data is transmitted wirelessly to the cloud for analysis and processing. By constructing a fitness evaluation model, the system can provide personalized exercise recommendations and real-time feedback, helping students optimize their exercise plans and improve their physical health. The system was tested in real-world scenarios, demonstrating excellent performance in terms of data accuracy, real-time capabilities, and user experience. This research supports the design and implementation of wearable fitness monitoring systems and offers valuable insights for the development of future health monitoring technologies.
