Multi-Objective Emergency Supplies Allocation Technology Based on an Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm

In emergency response, the administration of emergency supplies constitutes a critical facet. On the one hand, it ensures a more comprehensive preparation of emergency supplies, thereby facilitating the rescue of a larger number of individuals; on the other hand, it can improve the efficiency of emergency response and guide emergency response. This study introduces a simulated annealing algorithm to address the issue of an excessively large initial solution space in the simulated annealing method. The algorithm initially adjusts according to the demand ratio to expedite the iteration speed and augment computational efficiency. Concurrently, it performs distinct calculations for various allocation schemes, considering the actual circumstances and the weighting factors of different damage levels. Wenchuan earthquake as a case study, this paper conducts an initial validation of the weight allocation calculation method and the supplies allocation technique under various scenarios, thereby demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed method.
