A Comparative Study on Traffic Impact Assessment

This study aims to evaluate the suitability of applying the Scrum framework in the development of web-based information systems through a systematic literature review. This research uses the Narrative Literature Review method, analyzing 10 relevant journals published between 2014 and 2024. The main focus of the research was on Scrum artifacts, including Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Product Increment, as well as adherence to Scrum rules. The analysis showed that many journals did not apply the three Scrum artifacts consistently. The Product Backlog is often not sorted by priority, the Sprint Backlog does not display the status of tasks, and the Product Increment does not properly reflect the sprint results. This indicates that the applied method does not fully meet the criteria of an effective Scrum framework. This research concludes that the implementation of the Scrum framework in the development of web-based information systems is still incomplete and does not comply with the established rules. For small projects, a Waterfall approach or a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methods may be more effective. This research provides new insights into the challenges of implementing Agile methods, as well as the importance of fulfilling Scrum artifacts to achieve optimal results in software development.
